Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm a multidisciplinary designer specializing in interior design and interactive media.
I like to take my expertise within both domains to translate design concepts, identity, and ultimately the user experience into physical and digital space.
In 2015, I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in human-centered Environmental Design. Shortly after, I moved to New York City to explore interior design and workplace strategy at Ted Moudis and Associates. At TMA, I worked on an award-winning team to bring a renewed sense of business culture, foster greater creativity, and improve the health and wellbeing for our clients' new spaces.
I then ventured to explore how I could add an extra dimensionality to the spaces I was designing to augmented and surpassed the built environment. As a graduate student in the Master's of Fine Arts Design and Technology program at Parsons School of Design, I focused on immersive technologies such as AR/VR, machine learning, and physical computing.
Currently, my work involves leveraging technology to redefine storytelling to capture the human experience. From prosthetic communication devices to art with embedded AI, I look to creating machines that demystify our behaviors towards our fellow companions and the injustices that can sometimes result from those actions.
